1. A steel pin having a nominal diameter of 30 mm is to be an easy running fit in the bore of a bronze bush. Sketch free hand indicating the limit dimensions for the steel pin and the bore of the bush. (15)
2. Find the limit dimensions for an interference fit on the role basis system for a basic size of 35 mm with a maximum interference of 0.05 mm, tolerance on the hole is 0.025 mm and the tolerance on the shaft is 0.015 mm. Check the calculated dimensions. (10)
