Practical Exams Question Paper Set III:

1. Design and simulate the PNEUMATIC SEQUENCE circuit for A+  B+ A- B-  using Pneumatic Systems Simulation Software/Automation Studio Software.
2. Design and simulate the PNEUMATIC SEQUENCE circuit for B+ A+  B- A- using Pneumatic Systems Simulation Software/Automation Studio Software.
3. Design and simulate the HYDRAULIC SEQUENCE circuit for A+  B+ A- B-  using Hydraulic Systems Simulation Software/Automation Studio Software.
4. Design and simulate the HYDRAULIC SEQUENCE circuit for B+ A+ B- A- using Hydraulic Systems Simulation Software/Automation Studio Software.
5. Design and execute the ELECTRO PNEUMATIC sequence circuit for A+ B + A- B-
6. Design and execute the PNEUMATIC sequence circuit for the following operations A+ B - A- B+
7. Design and execute the METER IN and METER OUT circuit using pneumatic logic board.
8. Design and execute the LOGIC GATES [OR, AND] circuit using pneumatic logic board.
9. Design and execute the ELECTRO PNEUMATIC sequence circuit using PLC for A + B+ A- B-
10. Design and execute the ELECTRO PNEUMATIC sequence circuit using PLC for B+ A- B- A +
11. Design and execute the HYDRAULIC circuit for the following sequence A+ A- . Find the
Velocity and Direction of the Double Acting cylinder by interfacing it with LABVEIW.
12. Design and execute the HYDRAULIC circuit for the following sequence A+ A- . Find the Velocity and Force of the Double Acting cylinder by interfacing it with LABVEIW.
13. Write an assembly language program in 8051 Microcontroller for driving the stepper motor in 360˚ clockwise direction.
14. Write an assembly language program in 8051 Microcontroller for driving the stepper motor in 270˚ Anti-clockwise direction.
15. Study the Performance of PID controller on Pressure Control Process by varying the Proportional, Integral and Derivative Constant for the same set point (sp).
16. Study the Performance of PID controller on Flow Control Process for three set of Proportional and Integral Constant for the same set point (SP).
17. Study the Performance of PID controller Temperature Control Process by varying the Proportional, Integral and Derivative Constant for the same set point (sp).
18. Study the Speed Variation of DC Motor on different Load in open loop and closed loop Condition.
19. Study the Speed Variation of AC Motor on different Load in open loop and closed loop Condition.
20. Study the operation of DC Servomotor by varying the Duty cycle of the input PWM Signal.
