Q,3) State the pre-requisites and benefits of workers participation in Management.
Q.4) Explain various powers of the Authorities under the Industrial Disputes
Act, 1947.
Q.5) Explain the provisions of the Contract Labour Act, 1970 relating to the
Registration of Establishments Employing Contract Labour.
Q.6) Describe various duties and powers of Labour Court under the Maharashtra
Recognition of Trade Union and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices
Act, 1971.
