2. Explain the characteristics of psychology and its impact on employee
behaviour in organisation. [15]
3. Explain the different types of psychological tests and the effectiveness
of these tests in organisation. [15]
4. Distinguish between male and female psychology and its impact on
productivity. [15]
5. Compare and contrast individual behaviour to group behaviour and
suggest various ways of improving psychology of individuals in the
group. [15]
