under Factories Act, 1948. Define ‘Factory’.
2. Define the term ‘Establishment’ and ‘Commercial Establishments’. Explain
salient features of Bombay Shops and Establishment Act, 1948.
3. Explain digital signature and regulation of certifying authorities.
4. What are the legal provisions regarding the employment of contract
labour under Contract Labour (R and A) Act, 1970 ?
5. Define term ‘wage’ under Payment of Wages Act, 1936. Explain in
detail provisions for payment of wages.
