6. What is meant by Organisational Behaviour ? Discuss its importance.
7. What do you understand by Leadership ? Describe the various styles of leadership.
8. What is meant by Perception ? Discuss its main characteristics.
9. Define motivation and discuss its importance in “business managent”.
10. “Leaders are born,not made.”Explain this statement.
