unless it is otherwise provided by the Contract.” Explain this statement with
the help of judicial trend in India.
Q.2) “It is the duty of the bailee not only to take reasonable care of the goods
bailed but also not to make unauthorized use of the goods bailed.” Comment.
Q.3) What are the conditions required to be observed in order to transfer property
as between Seller and Buyer ?
