Foreign Law, but all matters pertaining to procedure are to be governed
exclusively by the Lexfori.” Comment.
Q.2) Examine with reference to decided cases the law relating to capacity of
parties to marry. Analyse various theories for determining such capacity.
Q.3) “The English Decisions, with respect to ‘Nullity of Marriage’ as regards
both jurisdiction and choice of law, are chaotic and inconsistent.” Comment.
Q.4) Discuss important conventions on Rights of Child of being adopted. What
are various issues under Private International Law relating to Inter-country
Adoptions ?
