4. Explain the concept of Non-Governmental Organisation. Describe the role of

b) Comparative Analysis of ADR System in U.S. and U.K.
6. Explain the following with reference to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,

7. Explain the main features of UNCITRAL model law on International
Commercial Arbitration.
8. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of ADRS.
