Answer any five questions. All questions carry equal marks.
1. Explain analytic function. Derive Cauchy-Riemann conditions for such function.
2. State and prove Cauchy's integral theorem.
3. Write down and solve Legendre's differential equation. Also, write the Legendre polynomial of nth order in compact form.
