SECTION-B
2. (a) The first term of AP is 10 and last term is 50. If the sum of all terms is 480. Find the common difference and no. of terms.
(b) The sum of an infinite GP is 13 and first term is 14. Find the GP.
3. What do you mean by exchange rate ? Give a detailed note on various methods to determine exchange rate.
4. Write notes on following :
(a) Convertible bonds
(b) Callable bonds
5. The difference between the simple and compound interest on a certain sum of money for 2 years at 5% per annum is Rs. 2.50. Find the sum.
6. A man borrows Rs. 4000 at 5% and promises to pay off the loan in 30 installments beginning at the end of the first year. What is the annual payment necessary?
